Each Ciabatta Roll has a hearth-baked crusty outside and light, moist inside with a delicious slightly sour flavor. Each Ciabatta Roll is invidually made - with care and patience - requiring two full days for baking.
Baking instructions:
1. If rolls are frozen, allow to thaw.
2. Remove from bag and place on center rack in preheated 400° oven.
3. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until crusty.
